US Mint Sales: Silver Proof Set with 1776-2026 Cent Tops 261K

The United States Mint’s 2026 Semiquincentennial Silver Proof Set surged out of the gate following its June 11 release, becoming unavailable not long after launch and posting debut sales of 261,516.
That figure represents 96.4% of the Mint’s upwardly revised mintage limit of 271,250, an increase from the originally published limit of 250,520.
