U.S. Mint schedules celebration events

The United States Mint will stage or participate in at least four public events to numismatically celebrate the nation’s 250th anniversary, including two tied to the 1776~2026 Semiquincentennial, Declaration of Independence quarter dollar.
The Jefferson Memorial at 16 East Basin Drive, SW, in Washington, D.C., will serve as the backdrop for the June 2 launch of the 1776~2026 Semiquincentennial, Declaration of Independence quarter dollar.
