The American Chemical Society has published a second volume by Mark Benvenuto on the creation, collecting, and appreciation of art medals as part of its Symposium Series. Like Volume 1, which was released in 2022, this new installment features chapters from several well-established medallic sculptors and artists, along with prominent numismatists, including Jim Licaretz, Jeanne Stevens-Sollman, Steven M. Bieda, Kathy Freeland, and Mel Wacks, to name a few. The 15-chapter book covers topics ranging from 3-D printing to Renaissance modeling wax to electrolysis.
